Whenever possible, please call before your arrival so that we can plan for your visit. Even if it’s right before getting in the car, we’ll use that prep time to adequately prepare.
To help ensure a smooth and speedy check-in process, please have the following materials ready:
- Identification – This allows us to successfully register your pet.
- Current pet medications – From a simple supplement to a prescription medication, this information is crucial to our assessment of your pet.
- Available medical records – Please bringing any available medical records on-site. Although this is not required, it can help our team better understand your pets previous medical history.
